Moody's downgrading banks today

So this may be a buying opportunity in the near future for the likes of MS WFC. are currently near the top of my radar .
MS goes under 12 with no serious problems on their balance sheets
WFC goes under 25 with no serious problems on their balance sheets


Of course this all depends on the total market which is not taking off to the races right now
